Book Review: Why and How...

Today, I'm sharing 2 of my favorite "teaching the Gospel to kids" books. These books are written for kids, teens and even adults. They are kinda funny, a little goofy, but chock full of information from the scriptures and prophets and apostles, to help kids understand why they should and how to follow the message of the Gospel.

The principles are presented in question form that kids might ask like, "Why shouldn't I view pornography?" or Why should I use clean language?". "How can I break a bad habit?" "How can I strengthen my testimony?" and my personal favorite (haha we talked about this one tonight) "How can I create a living area that invites the Holy Spirit?" (we have had dirty room issues! Heaven knows the Spirit can't dwell in unclean places!) Some are very serious ("How can I overcome feelings of fear and doubt?") and others are important, but a little lighter, like the nice living space. They are very well rounded and they keep my kids' attention as we read the material. Here are links below that give a little info and you can buy them there. I have also seen them on Amazon for a little less.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with these books in any way. This is my opinion only. I own both of these and use them often with my family.
